Actor Anushka Sharma has reacted angrily when a sportswear business uploaded a post on Instagram including her images without her ‘consent’. She also requested that the brand remove the post. On Friday, the company announced their season sale on Instagram by posting photographs of Anushka in several costumes.
A few hours later, Anushka re-shared the post on her Instagram Account. She wrote in the caption, “Hey, @pumaindia? I’m sure you know that you have to take permission before you can use my imagery for publicity since I’m not your ambassador. Please take it down!”
However, her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli, liked the original post and it seems like it is a publicity stunt as Virat Kohli is already brand ambassador of the same brand but he also posted a story on his Instagram account writing, “Please sort it out.”
Anushka frequently publishes on Instagram about herself promoting various products. However, she has not blogged for this athletic company. The star also uses Instagram to publish updates about her personal life. She also shares photos and videos of Virat and their daughter Vamika Kohli.
