The bail plea of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan in the Mumbai Cruise Drug Case will be heard in the Bombay High Court today. Aryan was not granted bail by the sessions court and was sent to judicial custody. Aryan Khan is currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Aryan was arrested in the cruise drugs case. In this case 20 accused including Aryan have been arrested. Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde had told that the High Court said on October 21 that it would hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea on October 26.
He said, “We had requested the court that the matter should be heard through video conferencing, but the court refused.” Meanwhile, Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey did not appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Monday for questioning in connection with her alleged WhatsApp chat with Aryan Khan, arrested in the drugs case.

NCB had questioned Ananya for two days last week and she was called again on Monday. At the same time, the case of allegations of money transactions in the Mumbai drugs case is gaining momentumPrabhakar Sail, a witness in the case, had claimed in an affidavit on Sunday and then in front of journalists that an NCB official and some others had demanded Rs 25 crore to release accused Aryan Khan in the case, but the case was Rs 18 crore.
