Asur Season 2: The OTT culture in India picked up rather late but with a bang. The pandemic produced ample opportunities to creators to own up to the digital space. Many actors who struggled with their career on the film front were wholeheartedly embraced by the streaming audience. Arshad Warsi, who is known for his roles in Munna Bhai franchise and Golmaal series, revived his career with Asur: Welcome to Your Dark Side. Same goes for Barun Sobti who once owned the TV space as beloved Aranab Raichand of Iss Pyaar Ka Naam Doon. With no star power, the series thrived purely on its content per se.
