Athiya Shetty: Actor Athiya Shetty, who married the love of her life, cricketer KL Rahul a few days ago, made her first public appearance on January 28. A paparazzo account on Instagram shared a video where Athiya is thanking the paps as they congratulate her. Athiya and Rahul tied the knot on January 23 at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala mansion. Family members and close friends attended the low-key ceremony .

In the video, the new bride is seen exiting a salon when the paparazzi mill around her for pictures. They ask her to wait but she rushes to her car. As the paps congratulate her, Athiya says ‘thank you’ and bids them bye before the car drives off.
Athiya looks fresh as a breeze in the video in a striped brown and cream shirt and stressed white pants.
Athiya and Rahul ki love story
Athiya Shetty met KL Rahul in 2019 through a mutual friend. They instantly hit it off and became friends. The rumours of their love affair spread like wildfire on the internet after they posted their cute photos on social media. The two make their relationship public by sharing pictures on Instagram. However, neither of them went on record to comment about their personal life.
On the work front, Athiya Shetty was last seen in the 2019 film Motichoor Chaknachoor with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. She made her Bollywood debut with Hero opposite Sooraj Pancholi in 2015. Athiya was also a part of Mubarakan, starring Arjun Kapoor.
