Bigg Boss 14 to welcome Naina Singh, Kavita Kaushik as wild card contestants

Bigg Boss 14 house is all set to welcome new housemates — Kavita Kaushik and Naina Singh — two weeks after the controversial reality show premiered. With two contestants evicted and seniors out of the house, the Bigg Boss house could definitely use some more people, and not to forget drama.

For the uninitiated both, Kavita Kaushik and Naina Singh are popular faces of television. While Naina made a name for herself with reality shows, Kavita considers television her territory.

Kavita Kaushik became a household name with her role of a quirky police officer Chandramukhi Chautala in SAB TV’s hit sitcom FIR.

She is also known for her stint in reality shows such as Nach Baliye and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She has also been parts of soap operas Kutumb, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii among others.

Kavita has also appeared in a few Bollywood movies but got due recognition through television.

Another contestant who is said to enter the house is Naina Singh. She rose to fame with MTV’s Splitsvilla 10 and ended up winning the show with her partner Baseer Bob.

Naina, a resident of Moradabad, UP, first started her career as a model and also worked as an assistant casting director.

After winning Spiltsvilla, Naina participated in Star Plus’s talent hunt show, India’s Next Superstars, wherein she emerged as a finalist. She was later seen in Zee TV’s popular drama Kumkum Bhagya. Naina, who played the role of Rhea Mehra the show, quit the show, saying she couldn’t relate to the character.

Among the two contestants who have been evicted from the show are Sara Gurpal and Shehzad Deol. Until now, the eviction was decided by contestant’s votes, but from now onwards, the process will be decided by audience’s votes.
