Bigg Boss 16: Shreha Dhargalkar files FIR against Salman Khan, COLORS TV under PITA and POCSO Acts. Details inside

Bigg Boss 16

Bigg Boss 16: Goan social worker and Women’s Rights activist Shreha Dhargalkar, speaking to media persons in the capital city of Panaji in the tourism state of Goa, today blasted Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, Colors TV, production house Endemol and others for promoting and defending a “habitual sexual offender” and financially profiting from it.

She also said her lawyers are looking into the matter and will file a complaint with the Goa police at the Women’s Police Station in Panaji in the next two days.

“Salman Khan is such a big superstar. The whole of India worships him as a god. He should not get into this TRP politics. Sajid Khan is a habitual sex offender and not one or two or three, but nearly ten women have accused him of sexual harassment. This has happened over years and is not a one-off mistake or error of judgement. Now, even Sherlyn Chopra has filed a police complaint against Sajid Khan.”

She further added, “Colors Tv and Salman Khan should have evicted Sajid Khan from Bigg Boss 16 but they are reaping the benefits of the controversy and obtaining financial gain and profits from the controversy and ensuing TRPs by promoting a sex offender. I am going to file a complaint against them under PITA (Immoral Traffic Prevention Act) and under POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) as one of the alleged victims Madhuri Sangita Patil was a minor when the incident reportedly happened to her. My lawyers are studying the application of these two acts in this case and we will approach the Women’s police station at Panaji either tomorrow or day after,” Shreha told this reporter.
