Urvashi Dholakia: Bigg Boss 6 winner Urvashi Dholakia had a miraculous escape after after a school bus rammed her car from behind. The Kasauti Zindagi Kay actress was travelling to Mira Rod Film Studio for a shoot when the accident took place. A school bus carrying children in Kashimira struck her from behind. Fortunately, Urvashi suffered no injuries.
Urvashi Dholakia is a prominent face in the television industry. She did not suffer injuries but was apparently shaken because of the accident. The actress decided not to register a case against the school bus driver at the police station. She termed the incident it as an accident. The Kashimira Police have recorded the statement of the actress’s driver.
A prominent TV face
On the work front, Urvashi was last seen in a negative role in Naagin 6, which featured Tejasswi Prakash in the lead role. The actress won a lot of appreciation for her performance in the Ekta Kapoor show.
Urvashi who has worked in the TV industry for more than 20 years, is grateful to television and feels the medium has given her everything. Urvashi entered the industry at an early age and has acted in several TV shows, including Dekh Bhai Dekh, Shaktimaan, Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii, Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan, Kahiin To Hoga, Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai and Chandrakanta – Ek Mayavi Prem Gaatha. However, it was her role of a Bengali beauty Komolika Majumdar in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ that made her a household name.
