At one of his satsangs, Aniruddhacharya claimed that the Bigg Boss makers had invited him but he rejected it. He said, “Bigg Boss called me saying ‘Guruji, come. There is an offer of crores of rupees.’ But I rejected it. I did not accept it because it was not matching with my culture and values. Money doesn’t matter, my values matter.” He also called the show abusive and uncultured which created a stir in social media platforms.
‘Women Should Not Do ‘Shashtang Pranaam’

Aniruddhacharya once gave controversial statements about Goddess Sita and Draupadi. He said a woman should not be too beautiful. He said, “Mata Sita was too beautiful that’s why Ravana kidnapped her. Draupadi was too beautiful that’s why everyone wanted to marry her. Storyteller Aniruddhacharya who was recently spotted at Bigg Boss 18 set was in major controversy for his statement regarding Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna. The controversy was so big that Baba had to ask for an apology. He said that Lord Krishna’s marriage took place in Ujjain, so Lord Shiva was Krishna’s brother-in-law.
