Regarding the reason behind Anil targeting Shivani, we should note that in the most recent episodes, Shivani was spotted acting hurt or eating mud, among other things. Anil Kapoor discussed this topic on Weekend Ka Vaar, stating that she did not experience pain when she was hurt but it started when she was in front of everyone. He further stated that there were all the necessary food items in the house but still, she was eating mud, what would it feel like, others would think that she was doing all this to get attention.
