Elvish Yadav recently found himself sinking deep into a controversy. The popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner has been floating in success ever since his big win. However, recently the YouTuber has been having sleepless nights due to his struggle with the Noida Police. The ongoing investigations in the Snake Venom Case demanded him to present himself to the Police. Answering the summons, Elvish made it to Noida Sector 49 Police Station last night.
Elvish Yadav appears before the Police for Snake Venom Case
The Snake Venom Case of Noida has been trending wide for quite a while now. Apparently, Noida Police raided a farmhouse in Noida that is owned by the famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav. The Police alleged that they raided the farmhouse when a rave party was going on in which snake venom was being supplied for intoxication. Several accused were arrested in the matter but Elvish Yadav was not found on scene and was neither arrested later. However, his name appeared in the FIR due to which he was summoned to the Police station.
In response to the summons by the Noida Police, Elvish presented himself before the Police late on Tuesday night. The Deputy Commissioner of Noida Police, Harish Chander reported that the YouTuber had appeared before the police as requested. The police reportedly questioned the celebrity for three hours based on the statements made by Rahul Yadav, one of the arrested. However, the police have called him back for further investigations. Currently, Elvish is not wanted for any crime and is not termed a fugitive unlike as quoted by some rumors.
Elvish’s clarification on the matter
Two days ago, Elvish uploaded a video on his YouTube channel clarifying his stance on the matter. He nullified the rumors about Kota Police by attaching a video of the SHO making his statement. Elvish also termed this a publicity stunt by Maneka Gandhi, an attempt to get “limelight.”
