BLACKPINK: Selena Gomez reunited with Blackpink during their Born Pink tour and took to Instagram to share pictures of their reunion. Selena, who had worked with the group on their single Ice Cream, shared pictures with the girls in Newark and making a reference to the song’s lyrics. With the singer attending their concert, fans of the group and singer are now expecting another collaboration.

Selene Gomez and Blackpink’s reunion during latter’s Bornpink concert has netizens’ heart. The Wolves singer took to Instagram to share a set of pictures from her meeting with the K-pop stars on her Instagram, captioning “Selpink chillin’.
Gomez can be seen in the pictures sporting a long black leather jacket, wide-legged light wash jeans, and a black t-shirt. She is sporting dark red lipstick and has her hair pulled back in a bun. The BLACKPINK members wear their own merchandise in tones of white and grey, and they are very well-coordinated in terms of colour.
On the group’s 2020 hit “Ice Cream,” taken from their album The Album, Gomez collaborated with BLACKPINK. This meet-up is especially sweet because Gomez never appears to be in the room with the other women in the video. But she does get to operate an ice cream truck while sporting a sailor hat.
Fans react
A majority of fans were left disappointed as despite Selena’s presence, the group didn’t perform ICECREAM at the concert. Many of them also took to Twitter to express their disappointment.
“You mean to tell me Selena was at Blackpink’s concert and they didn’t perform Ice Cream? I’m hurting so bad right now…” one internet user said.
However, some fans were just happy that the two forces met.
