BLACKPINK: In Abu Dhabi, everything was pink. Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa of Blackpink wowed the crowd with electrifying renditions of their biggest singles, including Savage Love, Lovesick Girls, Playing with Fire, Pink Venom, and Shut Down. Fans stood in line for hours beginning at 5:30 p.m. for the 8:30 p.m. show, dressed in thematic colours and carrying the signature Blackpink lightsticks Bi ping-bong. Many fans began singing popular songs, such as Boombayah, prior to the performances.
Lisa performed a powerful version of Lalisa
Fans shouted and hooted as Blackpink made a dramatic entrance amid a blaze of fireworks. They also expressed their admiration for the city, stating that it was their favorite spot because of the picturesque vistas. Each member also played their respective solos, particularly Lisa, who delivered a powerful version of Lalisa, much to the delight of fans. They also brought in Rose’s birthday early, considering the singer’s birthday is on February 11.
Sharing the videos on Twitter, a fan wrote, “cried seeing her, she made Blinks AbuDhabi feel like on the dance floor, everyone was attracted and amazed to see her even his charm radiated in very dim lighting. She made us go crazy n scream hysterically.”
