His statement has raised concerns over the people about safety from heat waves. Bobby talked about Salman in the interview. While recalling the moment, Bobby said, “I remember we were shooting in Jaisalmer and it was close to 50 degrees. I started shivering and I was like ‘Why am I shivering?’ Then I got heatstroke and Mamu, nothing happens to him, heat cold anything, he’s so tough. Nothing happens to Salman.” Heat stroke can happen to anyone so this is important to follow some tips to keep yourself safe. Apart from these tips, treatment of heat stroke is also necessary.
How to Stay Safe from Heatstroke?
If somebody suffers from heat stroke, you can take the following quick measures:
• In the event of a heat stroke, immediately get the person to a cool or shaded location and contact emergency medical services.
• If the sufferer is wearing a thick outfit, urge him to change it.
• Attempt to provide air to the sufferer using a fan.
• Clean his body with cold water.
• If the patient is cognizant, offer him beverages to drink. Examples include lemon water and juice.
• Monitor the patient’s heart rate and breathing until emergency medical help comes.
