Kailash Kher: In a major security scare, popular singer Kailash Kher was attacked with a bottle while his concert was underway at Hampi in Karnataka.
According to details received, a huge crowd had turned up to see Kailash Kher live at the concert. And even as the concert was underway, someone in the crowd hurled a bottle at the singer during the concert.
The police immediately swung in action and arrested the man who threw the bottle at Kher. Details about the singer’s well-being were not available at the moment.
Kher was performing at Hampi Utsav that was inaugurated by Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on January 27.
Apart from Kher, singers like Arjun Jannya, Vijaya Prakash, Raghu Dikshit, Anannya Bhath and Arman Mallik are performing at the festival.
Two days back Kailash Kher was in Lucknow for the three-day Uttar Pradesh Diwas where he sang some beautiful sufi numbers.
