Box Office Collection: Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, was released in theatres on September 7. Fans were ecstatic to see King Khan in a gorgeous and hitherto unseen avatar. The screenings are packed, with fans dancing outside the theatres to celebrate the premiere of this multi-starrer. However, indications indicate that the film will set box office records on its opening day. Trade analysts predicted that Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi’s film would earn more than Rs 70 crore on its opening day because the shows were sold out. Day 1 Box Office Collection of Jawan
According to the source, Jawan is expected to earn approximately 75 crore on its first day of release, September 7, across three languages – Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu – at the domestic box office. This is merely a selection from Day 1, which is a Thursday and a holiday in honour of Janmashtami. It is expected to have a fantastic run on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before the first Monday.
According to the same source, the Hindi version had a 46% occupancy rate on the first day. On Day 1, the film sold 14 lakh tickets, surpassing Pathaan. Pathaan, which was released on Wednesday, January 25, also had a long weekend.
