Box Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ finally opened theatres on September 7 and had a massive opening day. The film performed according to expectations and made new records in the Hindi cinema. The picture is a blockbuster by any metric, since ‘Jawan‘ made history on its first day of release. Early projections for Day 2 indicate that ‘Jawan’ is doing well at both the domestic and international box offices, and it is projected to rise more in the following days. Now, the day 2 collection has come and Jawan once again broke the barriers.

‘Jawan’ is already predicted to be a box office success. According to trade statistics, ‘Jawan’ made Rs 74.50 across all languages in India on Day 1. On Thursday, the Hindi version of the film had an overall occupancy of 58.67%. Pooja Dadlani, SRK’s manager, later released the final global results for Day 1. The film went on to become the largest opening day in Hindi cinema history, grossing Rs 129.06 crore on its first day!
Early estimates for Day 2 indicate that ‘Jawan’ grossed Rs 53 crore and had an overall occupancy of 42.51% in the Hindi belt. The film’s total India collection is estimated to be Rs 127.50 crore, with a worldwide total of 200 crore.

Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi feature in Atlee-directed ‘Jawan.’ They delivered an impressive performance and left a lasting impact on fans.
