Box Office Collection: Jawan has been the highlight of Indian cinema in the last week, occupying most seats in the theatres for this film. Competing with other big films such as Nun II, the movie emerged victorious, making history every day of the week. With this, this Shahrukh Khan starter has broken many records, including his own, of Pathaan.
Jawan’s running after 9th day of release
Since the release of the film, Jawan has grossed a total of Rs 389.88 Cr at the Indian box office, after week one of running in theatres. According to the reports from Sacnilk, the film made a total of 347.98 Cr in Hindi, while netting rs 23.86 in Tamil and Rs 18.04 in Telugu. The film has officially entered its second week, making a total of Rs 21 Cr on Friday. The film saw 20.5% occupancy in Hindi and an overall 21.89% in Tamil. Moreover, it had 21.08% in Telugu on 15th September 2023. Currently, the film stands with a total of Rs 410.49 Cr Nationwide, making it easily one of the biggest Hindi films of all time.
Jawan’s global box office collection
In the worldwide box office collection, the film crossed the 600 Cr mark after its first week. Post the 9th day of its release, the film has netted a total of Rs 696.5 Cr at the global box office, just inching away from Rs 700 Cr. Experts believe that the film will cross the 1000 Crore mark by the end of the third week.
