Early Success and Acting Break
Avneet’s talent shone through at a young age. In 2010, at just eight years old, she captivated viewers on the popular dance reality show “Dance India Dance Li’l Masters.” Two years later, she made a smooth transition to acting with her debut in the TV show “Meri Maa.” Her talent landed her roles in several hit shows like “Hamari Sister Didi” and her film debut in the critically acclaimed “Mardaani.”
Health Concerns and Social Media Stardom
Despite her acting success, Avneet had to prioritize her health. In pandemic, she took a break from acting due to health concerns. This didn’t stop her from shining, however. Avneet built a massive social media following, particularly on Instagram, where she currently boasts a whopping 32.4 million followers! This number surpasses established Bollywood names like Janhvi Kapoor (24 million followers), Malaika Arora (18.8 million followers), and Rakul Preet Singh (23.7 million followers), showcasing her immense digital popularity.
Return to Acting and a Bright Future
After overcoming her health challenges, Avneet returned to the acting scene. She played the lead role of Jasmine in the fantasy show “Aladdin” but later had to step down due to the same health concerns. Unfazed, Avneet persevered and re-entered the film industry with projects like “Chidiakhana” and “Tiku Weds Sheru,” where she shared screen space with the veteran actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
