Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has suffered a major setback in the Cruise Drugs Party case. The NDPS court in Mumbai on Friday rejected the bail plea of the three accused, including Aryan Khan. Aryan Khan’s lawyer will file a bail petition in the sessions court.
Now Aryan Khan will have to stay in Arthur Road Jail for 14 days. Aryan Khan has been shifted to Arthur Jail in the middle of the hearing. Dreaded prisoners are also present in this jail.
On Friday, the court of Mumbai heard the bail plea of King Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha.

During this, Manshinde, a well-known lawyer of the country, argued in the court on Aryan Khan’s bail, saying that Aryan Khan is just 23 years old.
On 2 October, when Prateek Gaba called him, he had reached the International Cruzeo Terminal, when the NCB raided there.
After this Aryan’s mobile was taken. Simultaneously, the mobile data was removed and sent for forensics.
According to Aryan, he was questioned only on the first day. Nothing could come out the rest of the day. Advocate Manshinde, while making some legal submissions, said that Section 8(c) of NDPS is not applicable to Aryan Khan, as it is about sale, purchase, construction.
However, after hearing the lawyer’s argument, the court rejected Aryan Khan’s bail application.
