Darlings Teaser Review: And it’s OUT! Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is in the headlines for her personal as well as professional life. A few days back, Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy. Since then, she has remained in the limelight and now (Bingo!) Alia Bhatt has released the teaser of her upcoming film ‘Darlings’. She shared the teaser of the film on her official Instagram account and this upcoming dark comedy starring Shefali Shah, Roshan Mathew and Vijay Varma will be released on Netflix on 5th August.

In ‘Darlings’, Alia is seen in such a character, that it is difficult to understand whether she is the heroine or a villain. Anyway, we really can’t deny that this thrilling avatar of Alia is going to increase the excitement of the fans.
About the Teaser
Talking about the teaser, Alia and Vijay are looking like a couple. While Vijay is running after Alia, she is seen taking out anger on him. In the teaser, Alia is seen narrating a dangerous story of the friendship of a scorpion and a frog, while at the same time giving her own insight into the story of the film. A scene from the police station has also been included in the teaser, which is intended to make the audience laugh but kind of has a lot of deep as well as dark layers attached to it.
Shefali is in the role of Alia’s mother in the film. Darlings is actually a murder mystery (Dark, Indeed!) as it seems from the teaser, and it’s only on 5th August, that it will be known who has been murdered and who is the real culprit.
Alia Bhatt debut
Darlings mark actress Alia Bhatt’s home production debut, which is being produced by actors Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s production company Red Chillies. Alia Bhatt, Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma are associated with the film as co-producers. At the same time, the story of the film has been written by Jasmeet K Reen. Jasmeet has also taken charge of directing the film.
