She is one of the biggest actresses in the country who has done several films not only in India but abroad as well. However, before becoming a successful actress, she started as a model. Moreover, through the years, she has not only established herself as a successful actress, but she has also worked with the biggest brands in the world such as Cartier, Dyson, and Levi’s, among many other big brands. However, the biggest of them all is Louis Vuitton, the luxury French brand.
Deepika Padukone’s association with Louis Vuitton
Deepika was declared the brand ambassador of the Louis Vuitton back in May 2022. However, initially, she did not predict that her endeavour with the brand would flourish to such lengths. In a recent interview, she expressed her gratitude for how far she has come looking back at her journey with Louis Vuitton. She expressed that her association with the brand started as a mere promotion. Therefore, she thought the brand was using her as an influencer to promote their brand. However, it was only after her Cannes event that she realised that the brand had bigger plans with the actress when she saw her face on a storefront. Therefore, she realised her presence in France, as the international brand ambassador of this French brand.
Deepika Padukone on making a global impact
Deepika Padukone said that to have global outreach, one does not need to pack their bags and move abroad for that. As she disses Priyanka Chopra, who moved to the USA to build her global career, she revealed that she does not need to do that as her home is in India. Moreover, she revealed that she was offered opportunities to move to France or the USA. However, she believes that everything she can achieve there can also be achieved in Bombay.
