Their friendship blossomed into love, and Abhishek famously revealed on the Oprah Winfrey Show that he dreamt of marrying Aishwarya while shooting in New York. He even considered it a sign when they found themselves at the same hotel years later for the premiere of their 2007 film Guru. That same year, their fairytale romance came true as they tied the knot.

On the professional front, Abhishek was last seen in R Balki’s 2023 film “Ghoomer,” where he portrayed a disgraced cricketer turned coach. He is set to star in Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming project, as well as “Be Happy” on Amazon Prime Video.
Aishwarya’s latest appearance was in Mani Ratnam’s “Ponniyin Selvan: I and II,” where she played the role of Nandini, a queen with ambitions for power. She has not announced any new projects yet, keeping her fans eagerly awaiting her next move.
