Elvish Yadav’s hearing has been held amid the Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court strike. Elvish Yadav was also face-to-face with his coworkers Vinay and Ishwar. In the district court of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Elvish was produced. Elvish was reportedly brought before Court Number 13 for a hearing. Numerous police officers and attorneys were present throughout this time, and the most recent information indicates that Elvish has not been granted bail and will likely be imprisoned for a longer period. On the other hand, not much information about this case has surfaced yet.
Police arrested Elvish Yadav on Sunday
Elvish Yadav was taken into custody by police on Sunday in connection with the supply of snake venom. Elvish Yadav was detained by the police and taken to prison. Following that, he was scheduled to appear in court on Monday; but, due to the lawyers’ strike, he has been in jail ever since. Elvish Yadav was now produced before Gautam Buddha Nagar Court on Wednesday for a hearing.
Two of Elvish Yadav’s associates were detained
Ishwar and Vinay, two of Elvish Yadav’s associates, had already been taken into custody by the police. The police claim that it was discovered during Vinay’s interrogation that he is Elvish Yadav’s acquaintance. Rahul, the snake charmer, is one of God’s intermediaries at the same time. God calls to Rahul the snake charmer, and so does Vinay. Based on their questioning and the evidence, the police took both of them into custody.
