After this video went viral, the demand for Elvish’s arrest has increased on the internet. A new update is coming in this matter according to which Gurugram police has registered a case against Elvish Yadav. Although no decision has been taken yet regarding the arrest of Elvish, a case has been registered against him under various sections.
Gurugram Police Takes Action Against Elvish Yadav
This dispute between YouTuber Sagar Thakur (Maxtern) and Bigg Boss Otiti 2 winner Elvish Yadav is gaining momentum. Earlier there was a fight going on between these two on the online platform Twitter, which was just a fight of words. Coming to real life, this fight took a dangerous turn and Elvish took some people with him to kill Sagar Thakur. The video of this fight started going viral on the internet and demands for the arrest of Elvish started rising. Now taking action in this matter, Gurugram Police has registered an FIR.
In Sector 53 of Gurugram, an FIR has been filed against Elvish Yadav for allegedly attacking and threatening to kill Sagar Thakur (Maxtern) in violation of IPC sections 147, 149, 323, and 506.A lawsuit has been filed.

YouTuber Maxtern released a video and claimed that Elvish Yadav was about to break his spine because he was hitting his spine continuously during the fight. He also claimed that he was hitting his face with his face during the clash.
