Exo: Exo is a Korean-Chinese k-pop group with 9 members. This group comes under SM Entertainment whose founder is Lee Soo man.
About Exo
The group debuted on April 8, 2012, at that time there were a total of 12 people, which were divided into 2 sub units Exo-K and Exo-M. Exo-K used to promote in Korea and Exo-M in mandarin.
Between 2014-2015, 3 members left the group, to make their solo career in China. The names of those members were Kris, Luhan, and Tao. EXO-L is the name of their fandom

Members
Kim Jun-myeon known as Suho is the leader of the group. Now this group has 7 active members Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Chen, D.O., Kai, & Sehun, and 2 inactive members Baekhyun are Chanyeo. Chen is the first EXO member to have married and the first to have kids of his own.
Awards and achievements
The group has won 178 awards so far, and been nominated 319 times including five consecutive Album of the Year awards at the Mnet Asian Music Awards and two consecutive Artist of the Year awards at the Melon Music Awards, Exo has 23 Daesangs. They were once the artists with the most Daesangs; however, they are now the second-most Daesangs winning artists. They won their first Daesang at the Melon Music Awards in 2013 for Song of the Year for their iconic song Growl.
In the year 2018, EXO reserved a place on Guinness World Records for winning the “Most Daesang” making them the undisputable “Kings of K-pop“. this is why they are know as King of K-Pop.
