Extraction 2 teaser: Extraction was released in 2020 and was a huge hit, especially in India. Reason? It featured Randeep Hooda and Pankaj Tripathi and the story was set in the country. The news of its sequel had raised lot of excitement. Meanwhile, Russo Brothers became very popular in India with their The Grey Man which featured Dhanush in a lead role.
Fans are now hugely excited to see the teaser of Extraction 2 that released on Monday on Netflix. The film stars Chris Hemsworth, who has a striking screen presence. The teaser of Extraction 2 shows him in an intense avatar as he gears up for a deadly mission.
A Russo brothers film
Extraction 2 is an action-thriller, directed by Sam Hargrave and written by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo. The Russo brothers previously directed films like The Gray Man and Avengers Endgame.
The nearly two-minute-long teaser of Extraction 2 is an action-packed thriller that re-introduces us to Tyler Rake, a black ops mercenary. He is reminded of how he nearly died during his previous mission. He has to fight his enemies in order to survive. In the teaser he is vulnerable yet fearless.
Tyler Rake battles an army
In Extraction 2, Chris Hemsworth‘s character Tyler Rake who survives the fatal mission in the first part, goes into a coma for nine months. After he comes into his senses, he joins the Australian black ops for another deadly mission, which is to rescue the battered family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they are being held.
Hemsworth battles an army to get Kutaisi Staff (Sinead Phelps) out of a prison. The clip gives a hint at what’s in store in the action thriller.
Extraction 2 features Golshifteh Farahani, Adam Bessa, and Daniel Bernhardt in key roles. It is produced by Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, and Chris Hemsworth. The film releases on Netflix on June 16.
