Extraordinary Attorney Woo Tops Netflix Chart: The K-drama ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’ came to an end on August 18 after airing 16 episodes since its debut on June 29. The story revolves around in an autistic lawyer named Woo Young Woo who gets her first job at one of the nation’s top firms, and it stars Park Eun Bin, Kang Tae Oh, and Kang Ki Young in lead roles.

Soon after it began airing, the K-drama gained a massive fan base and became a hot topic around the world. The K-drama was viewed thousands of times and widely discussed on Netflix, where it was available to global fans. According to the most recent reports, the total number of hours watched for the drama was 77.43 million from August 15 to August 21.
With all this, it was also observed that ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’ ranked No.1 on the Top 10 list shared on August 24 in the Non-English series category. It came in sixth place on the drama chart. It was also recently reported that the show received a personal best of 17.5 percent nationwide rating on the day of its final episode, as the cast and crew gathered with 300 fans to watch the live viewing.

Amusingly, two other Korean dramas made the non-English Top 10 list this week. ‘A Model Family’ had 19.7 million watched hours, while ‘Alchemy of Souls’ had 18 million. The two shows were ranked third and fifth on the list.
