Filmfare Awards 2023: Bollywood’s award season has begun. The 68th edition of Filmfare Awards on April 27 night saw some big winners. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and Harshavardhan Kulkarni’s Badhaai Do were among the celebrated winners.
Gangubai Kathiawadi led the pack with 10 trophies including some of the biggest awards for the night – Best Film, Best Director for Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Best Actress for Alia Bhatt. Rajkummar Rao won Best Actor Award for his performance in Badhaai Do.
Tabu and Bhumi Pednekar Best Actress (Critics)
Tabu and Bhumi Pednekar shared the award for the Best Actress (Critics) for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Badhaai Do, respectively. Sanjay Mishra won the Best Actor prize for his performance in Vadh in the critics category.
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to veteran actor Prem Chopra. Ankush Gedam won the Best Debut (Male) award. Anek actress Andrea Kevichusa won the Best Debut (Female) Award.
