Korean industry became famous worldwide in recent years and we witnessed young and talented stars from the Industry. Many artists gained immense popularity on different social media platforms. However, we have lost young K-pop idols which were very talented in their field. The main reason behind their death believed to be their ill mental health as they have died by suicide. Recently, K-pop idol Moonbin was found dead inside his house at the age of 25.
Here are five K-pop idols who died by suicide;
Moonbin
ASTRO member Moonbin passed away at the age of 25. The K-pop star was found dead in his flat in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on April 19 at 8:10 p.m. KST. The cause of his death is unknown but some reports suggest that he was died by suicide.
Song Yoo-jung
Song Yoo-jung was a South Korean actress and model who died on January 23, 2021, at the age of 26. Her passing came as a shock to many in the entertainment world as well as to her admirers, and the official cause of death has not been made public.
Beginning her career as a model, Song Yoo-jung made her acting debut in the 2013 drama series “Golden Rainbow.” She gained notoriety for her parts in a number of well-liked Korean dramas, such as “Make Your Wish” and “School 2017.”
Choi Jin-ri AKA Sulli
Sulli, also known as Choi Jin-ri, was a South Korean singer, actor, and model. She was a former member of the K-pop girl group f(x), and she rose to fame for her unique personality and uncommon sense of style. She passed away when she was 25 years old. She committed suicide in 2019 after lamenting the cyberbullying she experienced after joining a feminist movement that highlighted going “braless.”
Goo Hara
The South Korean singer and actress Goo Hara is most known for her time spent as a member of the girl group Kara. Goo Hara was discovered dead on November 24, 2019, at her Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, South Korea, residence. She passed away when she was 28 years old. Goo Hara had had a number of hardships in her life, including the suicide death of a close friend and media attention to her private life.
Cha In-ha
The South Korean actor Cha In-ha is most known for his work in the Korean dramas “The Banker,” “Clean with Passion for Now,” and “Love With Flaws.” Cha In-ha was found dead in his house in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, on December 3, 2019. He passed away when he was 27 years old. Although the cause of Cha In-ha’s death has not been officially made public, it is thought to have been a suicide.
