Mannat: The diamond-studded nameplate outside Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat in Mumbai mansion is back. It is new and it is swanky. And who else to design it other than wife Gauri Khan? Sharing a picture of the same on Instagram, SRK’s interior designer wife detailed the idea behind the new nameplate.
That Mannat is one of the most famous landmarks in Mumbai is something everyone knows. Fans never tire of getting themselves clicked while posing in front of Mannat, the most talked about mansion in Mumbai. After it was reported that the actor’s new nameplate for Mannat is finally up after all the repairs, designer Gauri Khan shared a post describing the idea behind it.

Earlier the nameplate was removed
Earlier, several pictures had surfaced on social media that showed a diamond-studded nameplate at Mannat’s gate. The cost? A whopping Rs 35 lakh. The nameplate was put up in April earlier this year, but was taken down for repairs.
Now much to the delight of SRK fans, the new nameplate is up again. And it has been designed by none other than Gauri Khan. The previous one was also made by Gauri. The new nameplate seems to hold a special aesthetic value behind it. Gauri took to her Instagram account and shared her picture with the new nameplate while detailing the reason behind coming up with a new one.

“The main door of your home is the entry point for your family and friends. So the nameplate attracts positive energy… we chose a transparent material with glass crystals that emit a positive, uplifting, and calm vibe. #GauriKhanDesigns (sic),” she wrote.
‘Mannat- The Lands End’
The nameplate ‘Mannat- The Lands End’ is written in black with a shiny, shimmery backdrop.
SRK’s mansion Mannat is a 6-storey high structure facing the sea and is located at Bandra west in Mumbai. It sports both vintage and contemporary designs. Mannat’s price is pegged at Rs 200 crore. SRK bought the property in 2001. The residence was earlier named Villa Vienna.
