Miley Cyrus is well-known for her bold style selections and penchant for edgy looks. The Wrecking Ball singer was spotted on the red carpet at the 66th Grammy Awards wearing a dress designed exclusively by Maison Margiela’s John Galliano. The handmade creation, which drew inspiration from John Galliano’s Fall-Winter 1996 look, was put together with hundreds of gold safety pins. Miley’s remarkable ensemble guaranteed her a spot on tonight’s Grammy Awards best-dressed celebrities list.
At the Grammys, Miley chose a micro-mini silhouette over a gown. The elaborate halter neckline, sculptural safety-pin detailing at the bust, skeleton hands embellished on the arms, and mesh skirt with slits are all features of the Maison Margiela dress composed of safety pins.

Miley accessorized the look with a contentious pair of gold velvet Tabi heels. She refrained from adding any jewellery to the dress, letting it steal the show on the red carpet. Lastly, Miley looked like a country music icon with her hair styled in large curls that would have made her godmother proud.
