New Delhi: Adivi Sesh, who is now enjoying the popularity of his most recent film, Major, will star in the action drama HIT 2, a follow-up to the popular movie HIT. Vishwak Sen played the lead role in the first film. The most recent information on the project indicates that on December 2nd, this year, audiences will be able to see this second episode in the franchise in theatres. Adivi Sesh announced it on Twitter by writing, “HEAT. 2 December. #HIT2onDec2 is limited to theatres.
Talking during an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, the protagonist shared details about HIT and how he came on board for the sequel, “HIT 2, it was just offered to me. Nani called me up, he is a dear friend and I love him as an actor. He just offered me the film and said they want to go much bigger than HIT 1. And so that’s how I got on board for the film.”

HIT 2 stars Menakshii Chaudhary, Rao Ramesh, Bhanu Chander, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, Srikanth Maganti, and Komali Prasad in major parts, in addition to the rest, and is supported by Prashanti Tipirneni and Nani under his production company Wall Poster Cinema.
John Stewart Eduri composed the soundtrack for this action-comedy directed by Sailesh Kolanu. In the first movie, a police officer named Vikram who works for the Crime Investigation Department was featured (CID). The sequel will take place in Andhra Pradesh as opposed to Telangana, where HIT was based and focused on the case of a missing girl.
