Honey Singh, a rapper-singer, is a well-known name in the Indian music business. Whether they are his singles or Bollywood blockbusters, he has provided some great tracks throughout the years. Aside from his professional life, the singer frequently makes news owing to his personal life. Many people are unaware that the singer was once diagnosed with bipolar illness and had psychotic episodes. He has now disclosed his medical condition.
During an interview, the Brown Rang singer admitted to having a problem and wanting to address it. He also added that when he sought to make a comeback after five years, people appreciated his music but did not accept him due to his weight gain.
Honey Singh revealed in an Interview
The Punjabi singer told Siddharth Kannan, “When I was unwell, a lot of things were going on in my life. Shah Rukh Khan and I went on the SLAM tour. I selected the name for a Star Plus project I worked on. I worked on it for a year. There was a lot of effort when the show first aired. I was also working on a Punjabi movie. There was a lot going on. On the Raw Star set, when I fainted, I was experiencing bipolar illness and psychotic symptoms. Furthermore, the actor stated, “It took me five years to improve. I then desired to compose music. I informed my mum that I couldn’t do anything. ‘You started as a music producer, start making beats,’ she said. My songs were successes, and I was making a return, yet I was failing. “Yeh woh look nahi hai, woh return nahi horaha. Gaana hit horaha tha, but mujhe accept nahi karahe the log”.
