Hot Web Series: The love beyond gender series created by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Sahir Raza will give you the best of both worlds. It has some heart-touching content as well as some erotic and exotic scenes which blend beautifully with the show’s theme. The Married Woman is the story of Astha (Played by Ridhi Dogra), who even after 11 years of her marriage, doesn’t really get what she truly deserves. And It is only after meeting Peeplika Khan (played by Monica Dogra), that she realises what true touch is. It’s her story of self- Discovery and her fight with her husband Hemant (played by Suhaas Ahuja). Someone who has customary sex with her every second Saturday. This hot web series is an eye opener on Lesbian love.

The Plot

The story revolves around Riddhi Dogra who is a dedicated teacher from a typical middle-class family of the early 1990s. She is the perfect wife, the perfect daughter, the perfect Mother but just doesn’t get what she actually deserves. And is just not content with her life. Later she meets Monika Dogra and that’s when the journey of Self Discovery begins!
The Married woman showcases the bond between the two women. One who is sweet and simple and still needs to find herself. On the other hand is Monika Dogra, who is fearless, independent and does not hesitate to accept her love.

The minus points

Well, at times the episodes do seem a little stretched out and can be annoying at times. Also, Monika’s character is shown to be an independent, confident woman but is shown to be someone fond of alcohol and casual affairs till she finds love with Ridhi. So is it necessary to showcase independent women like that? Think about it.

The bold scenes

Initially, There are some intimate scenes showcased between Ridhi and her husband. And later on, some kissing and bold scenes are added in the series to level up the plot. Overall the Married Woman, which streamed on Alt Balaji is definitely steamy and a one-time watch!
