Hyundai Ioniq 5 launched by Shahrukh Khan at the Auto Expo 2023, will travel 631kms on a single charge, all you should know

Hyundai Ioniq 5: At the Auto Expo 2023, Hyundai Motors unveiled the Ioniq 5, an all-electric crossover, with Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan also on site. This SUV was introduced to the market by Hyundai Motors with a stylish style and cutting-edge technology.

Let us inform you that Hyundai Motor India has twice appointed Shahrukh Khan as the brand ambassador for its automobiles. The Hyundai Santro and the Hyundai Xcent are two of the company’s most popular models. When the Ioniq 5 was first introduced at the 2023 Auto Expo, Shah Rukh Khan was also spotted doing his trademark stance in front of the vehicle.

Hyundai Ioni1 5 driving range

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is advertised by Hyundai Motors as having a 631-kilometre range on a single charge. The ARAI has approved the range. According to the manufacturer, this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in just 7.6 seconds.

Features and safety

Hyundai Motors equipped this electric crossover with features including a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, level 2 ADAS, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and a head-up display.

Six airbags, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake distribution, electronic stability control, an advanced driving system, and a 360-degree camera are included in the Hyundai Ioniq 5.

Battery and Motor

Hyundai Motors included a battery pack with a 72.6 kWh capacity and a permanent synchronous motor in the Hyundai Ioniq 5. 350 Nm of peak torque and 216 Bhp of power are produced by the motor. According to the manufacturer, a 350 kW DC fast charger can charge this battery from 10 to 80 per cent in just 18 minutes.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 price and booking

This electric crossover was introduced by Hyundai Motors at a starting price of Rs 44.95 lakh, but only for the first 500 clients. As soon as 500 reservations have been made, the corporation may raise its pricing.

Prior to its launch on December 21, 2022, Hyundai Motors has already opened the booking window for the Ionic 5 electric vehicle. Customers can make a reservation by going to the company’s official website or the nearby Hyundai store. The company has established a booking fee of Rs 1 lakh for the Hyundai Ioniq 5.
