With 8.3 ratings on IMDB, The Kashmir Files is the only Bollywood film to make it to the top 10. Directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the film starred Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher and Darshan Kummar in pivotal roles. The film depicts the exodus of Kashmiri Hindus from Kashmir after members of the community were murdered by terrorists with support from Pakistan. The movie, which debuted on March 11 to mixed reviews, is one of the most popular Hindi movies of the year.

RRR is a pre-independence fictional story set in the 1920s that revolves around two real-life Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju (played by Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (played by Jr NTR). The film was released in five languages worldwide in March: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. It also features key performances by Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn. It was also nominated for Best Song and Best Foreign Film at the Golden Globes earlier this week.
