The troubles of Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez have increased. Jacqueline Fernandez has been named as an accused in the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Sukesh Chandrashekhar money laundering case.
According to information received from sources, the ED believes that Jacqueline Fernandez was already aware that the thug Sukesh is a criminal. The actress even knew that Sukesh was an extortionist. This is the reason why ED has clamped down on Jacqueline. Jacqueline has not been arrested yet. Because till now the court has not taken cognizance of the charge sheet, though they will not be allowed to travel outside the country.
Thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar has been accused of extortion of Rs 215 crore. In the investigation of the case, it was revealed that Sukesh had given expensive gifts to Jacqueline.
After which the ED, taking action against him, has also attached his assets worth Rs 7 crore. It was also revealed in the chargesheet that Pinky Irani, an aide of Sukesh Chandrashekhar, had made Sukesh meet Jacqueline. And Sukesh Chandrashekhar had delivered expensive gifts and cash to Jacqueline with the help of Pinky Irani.
The ED chartsheet also revealed that Sukesh Chandrashekhar tried to contact Jacqueline Fernandez during December 2020 to January 2021, but the actress did not respond to calls. The actress had alleged that someone from a government office had approached her and asked her to contact Sukesh Chandrashekhar, whom she knew as Shekhar Ratna Vela.
The actress had further revealed that when she approached Sukesh, he identified himself as the owner of Sun TV. He also said that he is from Jayalalithaa’s political family and she is from Chennai. Jacqueline said, Sukesh had said that he is a big fan of me, and that I should do films in the south and he has many projects in the form of Sun TV. Both had come in contact since that time.
