Jackson Wang: The popular musical extravaganza Lollapalooza kicked off in Mumbai. Over the next two days, 40 international artists and bands will perform on four stages. Twenty songs were performed on the first day of the event. This included Imagine Dragons’ Radioactive, Demons, It’s Time, Bones, and Bad Liar, in which lead singer Dan Reynolds praised the warmth of the Indian people as well as Indian food. K-pop star Jackson Wang performed at the music festival on Sunday, January 29.
Jackson Wang steals the show with his electrifying performance
Jackson Wang, a K-Pop star, was landed in Mumbai in the morning ahead of his Lollapalooza performance. He was also seen doing rehearsal ahead of his concert in the evening. The singer, dressed in black, was surrounded by screaming fans, while a security guard attempted to maintain order around him. On Twitter, ‘Welcome to India’ was trending for Jackson. However, he came late for his performance. Fans were hyped during his concert and the Indian audience welcomed him with electrifying energy and made his show memorable and grand for the singer. Jackson Wang performed amazingly for his fans and his electrifying performance on his famous songs Come Alive, Pretty Please and 100 Ways made the audience groove.
The Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai is hosting Lollapalooza. The Strokes, Diplo, and Imagine Dragons performed at the inaugural show. Local Indian talents and pop icons such as AP Dhillon, Divine, and Prateek Kuhad are also on the part of the show and Prateek Kuhad gave melodious performance before Jackson Wang’s concert. This is the first time Lollapalooza has ventured into India.
