Janhvi aces Pilates movements
On Tuesday, Janhvi Kapoor posted a clip of her Pilates session with Namrata Purohit on Instagram with the caption, “Love a good pilates sesh.” In the video Janhvi is doing multiple Pilates movements to burn off calories and sweat it out at the gym. Janhvi practised variations of side bends, squats, one-leg squats, leg crunches on the Cadillac reformer, dumbbell front bends, and more. Fans loved Janhvi’s session at the gym and dropped compliments in the comments section.
