Janhvi Kapoor is all about Netflix and chill this Holiday season and with the arrival of ‘The Archies,’ she has all the more reason to do so. Yesterday the gorgeous diva was enjoying the popcorn flick at her home when she was overwhelmed with a sense of pride for her younger sibling Khushi Kapoor. She recorded a short clip of Betty Cooper (played by Khushi) singing a beautiful song and shared it on her Instagram Story with a heartfelt message.

The much-awaited reimagination of the famous comical narrative The Archies with an Indian twist finally landed on Netflix two days ago. The premiere event was held on December 5, 2023, and it was attended by a myriad of Bollywood stars and celebrities. Although Janhvi Kapoor was present at the event, she just couldn’t get enough of the film. Consequently, she decided to watch it again at home Yesterday. Janhvi was filled with an immense sense of pride and joy after watching her younger sister Khushi Kapoor internalize the character of Betty Cooper.
Big sister Janhvi couldn’t control her excitement so she took to her Instagram to post her reaction. She uploaded a scene from the movie on her Instagram Story featuring Betty Cooper (Khushi Kapoor) performing Dear Diary by Dot. Janhvi was immediately filled with a burst of emotions as she watched her little sister perform her character so well. She must have remembered all the moments the two had shared growing up. Thus, she left a sweet message for Khushi in her post which read, “My baby (watery eyes emojis).”

‘The Archies‘ has made a dream come alive by bringing potential young superstars all together. Janhvi Kapoor’s little sister Khushi Kapoor made her debut in The Archies as Betty Cooper and she looked like she was made for that role. Her acting, walking, talking, appearance, and the way she carried the character throughout made her look like a real-life Betty Cooper. Her innocence and kindness were perfectly reflected in her character.
