Sridevi breathed her last on February 24, 2018. Just two days ahead of her fifth death anniversary, her daughter and actor Janhvi Kapoor shared a heartbreaking note along with an unseen picture. The candid click appears to be from an award night, which presumably Janhvi accompanied her mother to. The two seem to have engrossed in a discussion with Janhvi adoringly glaring at her mother. Sharing the priceless pic, Janhvi wrote, “I still look for you everywhere mumma, still do everything I do hoping I’m making you proud. Pakistani actress Sajal Aly reacts to Janhvi’s post
Janhvi’s post received a whole lot love and appreciation from her fans and industry friends. Athiya Shetty, Varun Sharma, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet dropped heart emojis in the comment action. Pakistani actress Sajal Aly, who worked with Sridevi in Mom, also reacted to the post and dropped a heart emoji.
Some fans also reacted to the post as they remembered the veteran actress.
“We all miss you shridevi mam,” one heartbroken fan wrote, while another consoled Janhvi by writing, “She’s just there with you, always!”
“Next time you go on set, give your 200% in the shot, this was her first love, perform like she is watching you nd scolding you for not giving your best, give a shot that people see her in you, perform like she is still alive, inside you,” suggested a user.
Janhvi Kapoor upcoming films
Janhvi Kapoor has an interesting pipeline of films in her kitty. She recently wrapped up the shoot of Bawaal with Varun Dhawan. The actor has also been shooting for Mr and Mrs Mahi with her Roohi co-star Rajkummar Rao. It was recently reported for Janhvi is set to make her south debut with Jr NTR starrer.
