Her basic routine in the gym comprises strength training, cardio, and yoga. Apart from this, her love for Pilates is known by all of her followers. Janhvi particularly invests around 40-45 mins in cardio exercises such as cycling, running, etc. She is able to burn all that unwanted fat with the help of this routine. Sometimes the best way to work out is to make it fun. Janhvi knows exactly how to do that. She loves belly-dancing which she uses to her advantage. Sometimes she mixes her yoga sessions with freestyle dancing as well.

According to Janhvi’s trainers, she is “the only person who is ready to do lower body every single day.” She gives her all in the gym to train her lower body, particularly for that added leg and spinal strength.
