Jhanak Shukla, the popular child performer from programs like Karishma ka Karishma and Kal Ho Na Ho, is now engaged to her long-term beau Swapnil Suryawanshi. She posted photos of the roka ceremony on social media. Supriya Shukla, Jhanak’s mother, also posted a photo of the roka ceremony on Instagram.

Jhanak captioned the photographs she posted on Instagram, “Finally making it official! Roka ho Gaya.” Swapnil, her long-term boyfriend, is a fitness trainer. Jhanak can be seen in the photos sitting with Swapnil at her home, their arms intertwined. Jhanak is dressed in a pink salwaar suit with a yellow dupatta. The post’s comments section was flooded with emotions of congratulations from celebrities and close friends. Many of Supriya Shukla’s co-stars, including Sriti Jha, Kanwar Dhillon, Mohit Hiranandani, and Avika Gor, sent greetings to her daughter.

Jhanak Shukla took a break from acting when she was 15
Jhanak took a sabbatical from acting when she was 15 years old, after landing roles in Bollywood films. In an earlier interview, the actor stated that the show Karishma Ka Karishma had been so successful at the time that she was offered a role in the film Kal Ho Na Ho, which starred Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta, and Saif Ali Khan. She then worked on the Hollywood blockbuster One Night With The King. She also stated that, despite becoming an actor, education was always her main objective, which is why she took a sabbatical from TV to focus on her education instead.
