As the actress Divya watched the film in the theatre and she noticed the empty seats, she took to Instagram and posted a story. She wrote, “Went to Citi Mall PVR for Jigra Show. Theatre was totally empty… all theatres are going empty everywhere. #AliaBhatt mei sach mei bahut Jigra hai… Khud hi tickets kharide or fake collection announce kar diye. Wonder why paid media is silent. #weshdnotfooltheaudience #truthoverlies #Happydussehra.” Her story created a major uproar among the fans and they started reacting to her post instantly.
