Left and Right by Jungkook and Charlie Puth have already broken numerous records. The MTV Video Music Awards have announced that ‘Left and Right’ has been nominated in the ‘Song of Summer category.’ The VMAs posted on Twitter to congratulate Jungkook on his nomination.
Jungkook is now the first and only K-Pop soloist to be nominated for “Song of Summer” 2022 at the MTV Video Music Awards.

BTS’s Twitter account issued a celebratory tweet after learning that the band had also been nominated for ‘Group of the Year.’ According to the tweet, “We are so excited to be nominated for “Group of the Year” and “Song of Summer” with “Left and Right (feat. Jung Kook of BTS)” at the 2022 #VMAs! Thank you so much for your love and support as always!”
Fans have gone on a tweeting spree, with the hashtag ‘Congratulation Jungkook, So Proud of You’ trending on social media platforms.
