The nation’s largest event of the year is the Ayodhya Ram Mandir consecration ceremony, which draws devotees and celebrities to the city to witness the historic occasion. Kangana Ranaut, a Bollywood actress, visited the city yesterday and began cleaning the stairs of the Hanuman Garhi temple in Ayodhya. On Monday, January 22, Kangana arrived at the temple early in the morning and spoke with PTI about her excitement for the major occasion. The actress gave Yogi Adityanath credit for the advancements in Uttar Pradesh and Ayodhya. She also acknowledged how amazing her visit to the Ram Mandir has been.

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut was talking to PTI about the experience of coming to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya as it is a dream come true moment for the devotees. She said in Hindi, “Aaj hum Ayodhya nagri mein aaye hain aur aisa lagta hai jaise kisi pauranik kaal mein pahunch gaye ho jahan pe hum log sunte the adbhut kathayen ki kaise kaise bade bade bhawan hua karte the, bade bade yagya hua karte the. Jahan pe dev, gandharv, saari shrishti se aaya karte the us tarah ka ye ek bahut hi adbhut aur aalokik sa experience lag raha hai. Aur jahan tak hum vikas ki baat Karen toh Yogi ji ki Sarkar hai…unhone puri kaaya palat di hai uttar Pradesh ki. Kya hua karta tha pehle aur ab kya ho chukka hai. I think humari jo Vatican city ko jaana jaata hai usse bhi aage ayodhya pure vishv mein vikhyat hone wali hai aur development ko hi na leke…spirituality ko leke aur humare jo icon hain…Ram Lalla..vo puri duniya ka maargdarshan karne wale hain.”

In the early morning of Monday, several celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Rohit Shetty, Madhuri Dixit, Ayushmann Khurrana, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Jackie Shroff and others jet off to Ayodhya to attend the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ program of Lord Ram.
