Kangra Ranaut’s bodyguard Kumar Hegde has been booked by the Mumbai Police. He has been accused of raping a woman.
Case has been registered against Hegde at DN Nagar after a medical examination and statement by the victim
As per the victim’s statement, Kumar Hegde met her in 2013 and in last year June he proposed to her.
After that the victim has forcibly established physical relationship with her.
This charge has been leveled against Kumar Hegde by a 30-year-old beautician.
According to the FIR, Kumar Hegde gave the victim the assurance of marriage in June last year.
The woman had forbade Kumar from having a physical relationship.
According to victim accused has also taken 50 thousand rupees on April 27 from her, saying that his mother is ill and after that he went to his village. Since then she is unable to contact him.
Mumbai Police has registered a case under Sections 376, 377 and 420.
Earlier, Kangana’s former hairstylist Aleister DG was also arrested for sexually abusing a minor. He was booked under the POSCO Act. Kangana has not yet given any statement on this. She has often mentioned that Kumar is like her family. Recently she was seen celebrating his birthday with great pomp .
