Kantara box office collection: Kantara had a massive opening at the Indian box office, movie collects nearly Rs. 25 crores approx till now. The majority of this collection came from Karnataka, the film collected Rs. 24.50 crores approx in Karnataka while the rest of India gave another Rs. 40 lakhs. The first week in Karnataka is the fourth highest of the year. Kantara had an extraordinary numbers at the box office, with first-week almost tripling the first weekend. The weekdays were helped by the Dussehra holidays to the collection but even after the holidays ended on Wednesday, Thursday was still double from the opening day and it becomes 30 percent higher than Saturday. The film is expected to record another jump at box office.
Kantara had a massive trend in its hand, the film can go anywhere as people is liking it a lot. The film should comfortably make Rs. 50 crore, most likely in the second week. The film will become slow in the second weekdays and if it happens then it will be a little bit difficult for the film to reach Rs. 60-70 crores.

Monday – Rs. 3.15 crores

Total – Rs. 24.90 crores
