Stand up-comedian and actor Kapil Sharma and his wife Ginni Chatrath has welcomed a baby boy on Monday morning. He took to Twitter to share the information while thanking fans for their prayers and love. Giving an update about the newborn and Ginni’s health, the comedian said that by the grace of God, both baby and mother are fine.
“Namaskaar we are blessed with a Baby boy this early morning, by the grace of God Baby n Mother both r fine, thank you so much for all the love, blessings n prayers love you all ginni n kapil #gratitude,” he said in a tweet.
It wasn’t until recently that the comedian confirmed the news of pregnancy. While the rumours have been making round, Kapil recently, while replying to a fan, said that he wants to be with his wife in her final stage of pregnancy.
Meanwhile, a report of Bombay Times, recently stated, “Kapil Sharma’s wife Ginni is expecting their second child and the break would be ideal for him to stay at home and focus on giving quality time to the family. This break will give him that much-needed time to spend with family. The show too can return with more entertaining content after a three-month break.”
Kapil and Ginni have been married since December 2018. The couple welcomed their first child – a baby girl — in December 2019.
