Karachi to Noida: Seema Haider, a Pakistani national who captured headlines for her extraordinary cross-border love story, is set to make her mark in the Bollywood industry with her debut film ‘Karachi to Noida’. As the movie gains anticipation, the makers have revealed the poster of the film’s theme song titled ‘Chal Pade Hain Hum’. This upcoming release sheds light on the incredible tale of Seema’s journey from Pakistan to India to be with her Indian lover, Sachin Meena.

From Real Life to Reel Life

Filmmaker Amit Jani took it upon himself to bring Seema and Sachin’s incredible journey to the silver screen. ‘Karachi to Noida’ delves into their story, tracing the unorthodox yet genuine connection that sparked between them. The movie follows Seema Haider’s transition from her life in Pakistan’s Sindh province to crossing the border into India to be united with her beloved Sachin.

Ahead of the film’s release, the makers have introduced the theme song ‘Chal Pade Hain Hum’. The poster of the song’s release, scheduled for August 20, has generated considerable buzz among fans eagerly awaiting Seema’s debut in the industry. Sung by Preeti Saroj, with lyrics penned by producer Amit Jani himself, the song’s musical arrangement is credited to Shashank Durgvanshi. ‘Karachi to Noida’ stars Farheen Falak in the lead role, essaying the character of Seema Haider. The film’s ensemble also includes Shrishti Bansal Kyra Negi, Misha Negi, Sushant Rana, Das, Aman, and Sandesh. The project is directed by filmmaker Bharat Singh, adding to the anticipation surrounding the film’s unique narrative.

A love story beyond borders

Seema Haider’s narrative transcends boundaries and captures hearts across nations. The 30-year-old Pakistani woman found love in Sachin Meena, a 22-year-old Indian man residing in Greater Noida. Their connection blossomed while playing PUBG amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Seema, who was already married and a mother of four, took the audacious step to leave Pakistan and cross the border into India, all for the sake of love.
